Real-time collaboration
Real-time collaboration in Termius allow enabling multiple users to view or interact with the same terminal session. This feature is particularly useful for team-based troubleshooting, training, or joint operations on remote systems.
View Active Terminal Sessions
Termius allows team members to see who is currently connected to hosts. This visibility empowers teams to collaborate better and provides a quick way for team members to jump into active sessions when needed.
To join another person's session
Click the person's avatar>Join . Unless the person disabled session sharing, you'll see their past and current activity. You can request input permissions and, if the person approves the request, you and any other collaborator will be able to write and execute commands.
You'll be disconnected from a shared session, when the session is closed by its creator, or when the creator disables session sharing.
Sharing Mode
Termius provides flexibility in how you share your terminal session. You can choose between "View only" and "Allow Input" modes.
In View only mode, participants can watch the terminal session but cannot input commands. This mode is ideal for demonstrations or when you want to maintain control over the terminal.
In Allow Input mode, participants can type directly into the terminal as if they were connected to the server. This mode enables collaborative troubleshooting, pair programming, and other interactive tasks.
