Connect via Serial

Connect to your switches and routers over a serial port from iOS, Android, and Desktop devices using a single cable: Redpark's USB-C Serial Cable (C4-RJ45V) or Redpark's Lightning Console Cable (L2RJ45V3).

To connect to a serial port:

  1. Click the Serial button on the Hosts screen, or use the hotkey Cmd+Option+S (Mac) or Ctrl+Alt+S(Win and Linux).

  2. Choose the Serial port you want to connect to.

  3. Enter console port configuration: baud rate, data bits, stop bits, flow control, and parity.

  4. Tap Connect.
